Very disappointing experience. The business states that it opens at 9:00 AM on Sunday, but I arrived at 8:30 AM and waited. It is now 9:20AM, and the business still hasn’t opened, with no notice or communication explaining the delay. Customers plan their schedules around posted business hours, and failing to open on time without any explanation is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time. Great place to rent trucks and store items.
The lack of communication blows my mind. I have been trying to talk to their manager for 4 months about my unit and she has yet to be here anytime I am here to talk to them. They charged me an extra $100 fee for a mistake they made and took away my access. I am at the facility everyday since I work out of my unit. Never have I used a storage facility that is this poorly ran.
