Great experience
The manager at this store, whom I spoke with at 10:30 AM today, showed a lack of professionalism. Her demeanor was unfriendly and unapproachable. When I showed her my statement indicating I was charged twice, she dismissed it by saying, ‘It’s your bank’s issue, not mine.’ Based on this experience, I will not be visiting this store again.
