I have concerns regarding certain charges, but I have been unable to reach a manager to discuss them. I have made multiple phone calls and visited the store several times, yet the issue remains unresolved, including clarification of the charges and the refund process. Zero Stars! The first day I went there the equipment didn’t work. They had to take four pictures of my license. I end up sweating and waiting about an hour in the store. The lights in the storage facility due not work properly! It was quite scary. I’m afraid to go back and get my things! I also rented a cargo van. I was continually contacted by the Corporate office in Lewisville, Texas the ladies name is Brittany, saying the van was late. Never again will I use U-Haul especially this location. From customer service to the quality of the trucks.
