I appreciate U-Haul’s service overall, but I want to raise a concern about the fuel policy. I returned the truck with more gas than I received, but was told there’s no reimbursement. However, I would have been charged $43 if I had underfilled by just 5 gallons. I think it’s reasonable to ask for a fair policy — either refund for extra or at least a credit for next time.

Had a great experience here last Monday morning. The young man behind the counter was super courteous and helpful. I wanted to include his name, he gave me his business card but I lost it.
Watch out when entering/leaving on Central Expressway. Small parking lot available and equipment drop off is right at the gate.
