I had an issue with on line booking & was given a number to call by the chatbot. A lovely lady then made the appointment with Dr Malick for me & I received the call within 30 minutes. We had a brief chat, I paid the fee for the script & received the code soon after. Very impressed with this system as an Aussie traveller caught without asthma meds. So grateful 🙏

Dr Ziaei was excellent. She listened to what I had to say and my concerns. She was empathetic and knowledgeable. I felt confident to talk to her and confident in the advice she gave me. She explained well and gave advice about future actions. Excellent service and would highly recommend. This was a telephone consultation.
I had a really positive experience with the clinic. After a lot of stress trying to get the right treatment through other avenues, they were the only ones who actually listened and tried to understand the functional testing I'd done. They went out of their way to help me get a prescription for what I needed, and when I had a change of plan, they kindly offered me a £49 credit — which I really really appreciated and will be using it in the future to speak with Dr. Dattani at their clinic.
