Dr Ziaei was excellent. She listened to what I had to say and my concerns. She was empathetic and knowledgeable. I felt confident to talk to her and confident in the advice she gave me. She explained well and gave advice about future actions. Excellent service and would highly recommend. This was a telephone consultation.
I had a really positive experience with the clinic. After a lot of stress trying to get the right treatment through other avenues, they were the only ones who actually listened and tried to understand the functional testing I'd done. They went out of their way to help me get a prescription for what I needed, and when I had a change of plan, they kindly offered me a £49 credit — which I really really appreciated and will be using it in the future to speak with Dr. Dattani at their clinic. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. All the staff I have had help from have been friendly, professional and thorough and determined to treat the root cause of my complaint. You always have the time you need in a consultation and can feel relaxed and confident that you are getting thorough and appropriate treatment. I would particularly like to thank Dr Dattani but all the practitioners have been excellent.
Just seen dr ziaei, she was very welcoming and very professional. Explained everything well, asked questions about my medical history. Told me how the procedure worked and made me feel at ease! She’s a credit to your practice!
So impressed with my treatment at The Private Clinic at Princess Rd West, Leicester. Dr Malick was really friendly and spent time discussing my medical history before administering the steroid injection to help alleviate my hayfever symptoms. Would thoroughly recommend the clinic.
