The driver was fantastic very kind, patient, and respectful. We went over our time by an hour and he didn't rush us nor get agitated. Would definitely use this company again!
I was quoted one price and was going to give a deposit, then the owner tried to upsell me for an additional amount which I politely declined. He then refrained from taking the deposit locking in our contract and stated he'd call me back to do it but failed to do so and did not return any of my calls. VERY unprofessional and I will be sure to share my experience with SEVERAL others.
These people should not be in business. It is hard to describe how bad the experience was. I hired the service to take my 75 year old mother From Bartow to Tampa for the Buccaneers football game and back. They were late. They had to stop and ask for directions to the stadium. That's right, it's almost 2016 and they have NO GPS! There is ONE road that runs from Tampa straight into Bartow, FL. The limo didn't show up for our friends wedding. This was a surprise for the bride, which never happened. We set up the appointment 2 weeks in advance over the phone, sent an email follow up, and after several calls to Heather, she said it wasn't an issue a week before. Day of wedding, we had to call and text the driver. We finally got ahold of him 5 minutes before he was supposed to show, and no apologies, and he acted upset. They took $100 deposit. Luckily the bride didn't find out, yet.
My wife and I used Private Limo for our bachelor and bachelorette parties... they did an outstanding job. Helped us get to all the places we had planned for the night and the service was fantastic. They added to the night being a blast for everyone. Thanks, Nate R.
