Worst customer service ever. To be black owned i tried to support my people but this was a terrible experience. I purchased hair and it got stolen. I also provided the video with the package thief and there best solution for me was. " it says delivered and we cant do nothing about it" $300 just gone down the drain. I worked hard for my money and wasn't even able to get the hair back or partial refund something. There has to be a better policy in place! This is wrong and you don't do business like this. $300 not $30 😞
The cashier Egypt at the memorial location was very very helpful with helping me choose my texture and lengths for what was price efficient for me will definitely be back to this location !
