I’m just disappointed with whoever was taking the calls this evening. I needed an emergency appointment, she said nothing was available. I asked her if she was able to check in the other locations for an appointment because I needed stitches urgently, and she said she would check and call me back but I never got a call back. I tried calling again later for an update and never got an answer. I just went to another Clinic and the bill was over $400 which sucks because this Clinic could’ve made that money but

I just called to try to book an appointment and the woman on the phone literally hung up on me because she couldn't put up with our language barrier. I have a potentially life-threatening condition and she hung up on me. This is absolutely absurd.
Dr.Karim is very responsible and patient. Answered all my questions professionally.
