I will never recommend this office after my wife’s frustrating experience. She scheduled her appointment a month in advance, providing her insurance information at the time. However, on the day of the appointment—after arriving at the office—she was told they don’t accept her insurance. My wife then showed the assistant that the doctor was listed as an in-network provider and made multiple calls from the office to ensure the referral was properly faxed.
