Their customer service is incompetent. The doctor I saw, Dr. Grant Garrigues could not figure out my shoulder pain so he said it was MS pain yet I do not have MS pain. He refused to operate when other orthopedic doctors know what my problem is but cannot operate on shoulders. His clinic notes had 56 errors in them and would not correct an inaccurate surgery, my allergies, my allergic reactions, etc. The Patient Relations people would not call me back. Terrible service. Avoid Duke at all cost.
