Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service by representative Alfonso Acosta. Alfonso Acosta gives conflicting information about fees. When the issue is brought up, Alfonso threatens the client and says that he is in charge of the bank and the OCC. Moreover, he said the problem would be fixed if we put more money in our account. Bank of America should be embarrassed to hire such an unqualified and discriminating individual.
