A lot of problems with this agency. To summarize my father is disabled and depends on a reliable service which is very regularly canceled and hours to his insurance are continued to be billed. Aids fluctuate on what their job description entails. Aside from 1 aid that was great with my dad he was left stuck weekend after weekend with someone who simply did not care about him.
