A lot of problems with this agency. To summarize my father is disabled and depends on a reliable service which is very regularly canceled and hours to his insurance are continued to be billed. Aids fluctuate on what their job description entails. Aside from 1 aid that was great with my dad he was left stuck weekend after weekend with someone who simply did not care about him. Since the start of this process, Jackie has gone above and beyond our expectations. She’s helped us pick the right caregiver and assisted with insurance claims. I highly recommend her.

Jackie at Private Aid has been supporting my family for the last few years with pleasant, knowledgeable and well trained Aids. She has always been prompt in answering calls on short notice and dealing with changes in care. I found the office to be honest and hardworking. My husband looks forward to seeing his Aid everyday.

Everything was great for the first few sessions and two different Aids provided for my wife Ruth. But, a five hour shift that was scheduled for this past Saturday that was agreed upon and confirmed a week earlier verbally and in writing and right up to the day before is WHERE THEY DROPPED THE BALL completely by canceling because of a “ Transportation issue” This radically changed my schedule since I had a commitment out of our home for the duration of the shift that I had paid for in advance and was not refundable, as well a... read more
