A competitor recommended Jeremy at PrivaDrive when they could not accommodate our eight-hour trip to Chicago. That endorsement, along with PrivaDrive being a veteran-owned family business, made booking an easy choice. Communication was seamless, and our driver, Mark, arrived on time and was friendly and courteous as evidenced in the photo. The vehicle was clean, and everyone in our group had an excellent experience. I will use PrivaDriva again in the future.
Met all my expectations
I use Privadrive for every trip to O’Hare airport. I know they are always going to be on time. They confirm all pick up and drop offs. It’s nice not to have to worry about how you’re going to get safely to and from the airport. The Privadrive vans are clean and comfortable. Last night we arrived two hours late. Christina drove me to the airport safely and early as not to worry about getting through security. I’m really enjoyed our conversation and will be using priva drive for all our transportation needs to the airport.
Outstanding communication and service, and professional in all respects. The reservation, which was easy to make, thoroughly and clearly provided all details. Chrissy (the driver) texted a day in advance to confirm the pickup, arrived 10 minutes early (love that) and the ride itself was relaxing and on time. Chrissy is an excellent driver and very personable. This was our first trip with PrivaDrive but it won’t be our last. Highly recommend.
