This was my first time using Priva and I will definitely use them again. The communication was excellent. They are more affordable than the other go-to transportation company that I have been using. My only suggestion on how to be even better: invest in a larger size vehicle that can hold more people. There are frequent needs at Culver Academy for airport transportation for larger groups of kids (10+). I would use you as my go to company if you had a larger vehicle option. Sam was a great driver and a pleasure to ride with. She was at the curb in just 3-4 minutes after we texted we had our luggage.
