This is our second bus ride with PrivaDrive, our favorite local Michigan City transportation company, this time for a tour at our Indiana Dunes National Park. As always, the service was nothing short of exceptional! Thank you again for being so accommodating for our event, and for being the best local transportation service!
Booking a ride with PrivaDrive was just a breeze. From a phone call to inquire and book a ride, and then from an email confirming the date and time when we needed their service were done very efficiently. Stephanie even sent a reminder email a day before our ride. Sam, our driver came exactly on time with a clean, comfortable and spacious unit. A truly reliable private transport service. Great group to work with. Didn't like the switch up of drivers at the last minute, but Marlo was prompt and a skilled driver.
Jeremy and Stephanie are awesome to work with. Everything was extremely easy and organized to accomplish our transportation needs. We received reminders about the date of our scheduled rides and Jeremy was even able to accomodate changes to our rides the day of the event. Communication was seamless.
