Jeremy and Stephanie are awesome to work with. Everything was extremely easy and organized to accomplish our transportation needs. We received reminders about the date of our scheduled rides and Jeremy was even able to accomodate changes to our rides the day of the event. Communication was seamless. PrivaDrive provided transportation to and from the Cubs game at Wrigley Field for my husband's early birthday present. I spoke with Stephanie on the initial booking. Stephanie was very professional and pleasant to work with. The communication process leading up to the event was excellent! Booking my ride to Midway was simple. I had a couple questions so when I called in I didn't have to wait for a call back. The owners and drivers are courteous and friendly. My driver was even a little early. I appreciated the friendliness. My driver, Sam, was great. Thank you.
