ROOMS ARE AMAZING & THAT IS WHERE IT ENDS…THEY SELL POOL PASSES SO GOOD LUCK WITH GETTING A SEAT OR SERVICE AT POOLS. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY FORGOT US AT THE AIRPORT WHICH WE SETUP TO BE PICKED UP. HORRIBLE SERVICE ON THE ENTIRE RESORT. THE MANAGER CALLED US TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WHICH HE WAS A GOOD MANAGER TRYING TO FIX THINGS BUT THEN A YOUNG GIRLS MAD AT DOING HER JOB SHOWED UP TO OFFER DRINKS AND A MENU AT POOL THEN TELLS US ITS TOO BUSY AND IF WE NEED SERVICED AT POOL WE WILL NEED TO CALL ROOM SERVICE AT POOL.
