I had a very disappointing experience. I came in for a color service and had an in-depth conversation with Linda about what I wanted: to keep my brown base with coppery, sun-kissed highlights. Instead, I left with deep red roots and a red base - nothing like what we had discussed. At first, I was happy with the result, but this was largely due to the portions of my hair that had been left untouched. Linda is amazing! I’m writing this review from BC currently because I moved provinces a couple months ago but Linda was the one who touched my virgin hair for the first time in 23 years of my life and put me onto THE best hair color routine, something that I never EVER go wrong with. Absolutely love her and her craft. Linda if you’re reading this, I miss you girlie, I hope I find someone nearly as good as you in Vancouver! God bless!

Had an appointment booked for today which they cancelled last minute, refused to accommodate a reschedule for the next 2 days and didn't answer my calls. Their cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice, apparently they only hold customers to that standard, not themselves. Very poor customer service and bad attitude. Avoid this one.
