Loved my experience at Privado. Linda did an amazing overhaul on my hair! I left very pleased. Will certainly be a new client. Highly recommend!
Linda is amazing! I’m writing this review from BC currently because I moved provinces a couple months ago but Linda was the one who touched my virgin hair for the first time in 23 years of my life and put me onto THE best hair color routine, something that I never EVER go wrong with. Absolutely love her and her craft. Linda if you’re reading this, I miss you girlie, I hope I find someone nearly as good as you in Vancouver! God bless!

Had an appointment booked for today which they cancelled last minute, refused to accommodate a reschedule for the next 2 days and didn't answer my calls. Their cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice, apparently they only hold customers to that standard, not themselves. Very poor customer service and bad attitude. Avoid this one.
From the moment I entered the Salon, I was treated so well. Such friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. That was just the beginning. I met Sofia! Sofia was so easy to talk to and she really took an interest in my hair and the style I wanted to achieve. I am so happy and absolutely thrilled with my hair cut and style.
