Had an appointment booked for today which they cancelled last minute, refused to accommodate a reschedule for the next 2 days and didn't answer my calls. Their cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice, apparently they only hold customers to that standard, not themselves. Very poor customer service and bad attitude. Avoid this one.
From the moment I entered the Salon, I was treated so well. Such friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. That was just the beginning. I met Sofia! Sofia was so easy to talk to and she really took an interest in my hair and the style I wanted to achieve. I am so happy and absolutely thrilled with my hair cut and style. Linda does a phenomenal job on my solid colour, and I love the way the K18 treatment just made it all glow and silky. Linda is very knowledgeable and is a magician with her technique. Ive only coloured and blow dried my hair here the two times but im super satisfied with the work.
Fantastic! Sofia did a fabulous job on my baylage. She is an artist. My colour looks so natural. The decor is a big vibe. Beautiful decor. Treat yourself! This was my first visit and I will be back. Happy I finally went here. All about the pink building!
