PrivacyGuard Sends wrong phone number for AR Resources.
By making it a lot easier to cancel my subscription. There is no obvious way to do it on their website, so I emailed them via their online form - got no reply. I emailed them at the cancellation email address given in their terms & conditions - email address not recognised. I'm getting worried now because my only recourse now is to cancel my direct debit, but will that mean they get spiteful and wreck my credit rating?
Don't use services that are not verified credit bureau's.
Privacy Guard use to be awesome but now their reports duplicate the same accounts in up to 3 different categories and a 45 page report has turned into 133 page pile of confusion.

This company hacked my blind mother and will not pay her back. They are a scam company do not give them any info my mother is blind and doesn’t own a computer or smart phone she’s never given info over to the phone to anyone the totally hacked her bank account I’m contacting the police and locate new this is very fishy
Stop ripping customers off and have people available that speak English.
I signed up for Privacy Guard Total Protection Package about a month ago. It was very easy and their customer service was very helpful taking me through the process. I got my current credit report information and the scans of the web and dark web for my personal information very quickly. The offering is very comprehensive and at a reasonable price for peace of mind. Happy customer so far!
