I have been living at Privacy World for 15+ years. The apartments are old, but well-maintained, and in some respects the age of the apartments is a plus - they are larger and have more storage than is typically the case with similarly priced and located apartments I have seen. The location of the apartments is ideally suited for someone like myself who makes frequent use of public transportation - it is literally across the street from the Glenmont Metro Station. The manager Gregory is nothing but a racist and because people complained, he decided to hire an ignorant black person by the name if Chiquitta and to cover his racisim up. The nicest person in that office is Jean. The two maintenance guys are really nice too. They are quick to fix what ever is broken. If you are looking to stay at a place that you are not wanted, then you can consider this place else run really fast and do not look back.
