Bought a 5 year warranty battery in June 2025 and had it installed for around $2k. It failed in November 2025. Claimed warranty on it, and had to pay the travel charges and installation fee for a total of $600 to fix it again. Yes, the warranty only covers the battery itself, not the travel or installation. Guess what? It failed again in December 2025. Decided that it's not worth it to deal with these guys ever again. This is pretty much the same experience another reviewer had with them.
