Atila is simply amazing. Most repair shops want you to spend more and more money. Priuskings did everything to help me and charge me a fair price. The process was fast and I used their wifi while I was waiting for the installation. They are very knowledgeable and extremely nice and professional. After the new battery I'm getting 45 MPG's. Simply can't say enough positive things about PK's.
I had a very disappointing experience with PriusKings. I chose them based on their advertised convenience and positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. We saw Priuskings had a technician near us in Walnut Creek so we decided to use them for our 2014 Prius battery replacement. We are very happy as they were easy to communicate with and an appointment was set up a couple of days later. Great pricing also. We'll definitely recommend Priuskings to others for their hybrid battery needs.
Best warranty and pricing we found anywhere in the Bay area. They had to ship a battery which took 2 days and the technician was very quick to arrive and install. Very professional and friendly service provided.
