Joseph was extremely professional and courteous. He was happy to answer all of my questions before proceeding with the hybrid battery replacement. After calling Prius kings he came the following day to install a new battery in my car. He also repaired some wiring and fuses free of charge. I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Prius kings and their wonderful technician Joseph.
