,I had great experience with Dakota Cummings !!!! I bought a hybrid battery pack from Prius Kings, and they shipped it directly to him. He called to schedule a convenient time and came to my home to install it in my 2007 Prius. His knowledge and professionalism were obvious. He explained things clearly and did the work with care. The whole process was easy, the price was fair, and my car runs great. 5 stars. !!!! Well, use him again!

After having the battery put in everything seamed fine. The installer said we could take a test drive and that was great. After test drive everything worked like it should. The only thing that took more time than expected was in shipping the battery. It was shy 3 days of being a Month to get it to installer, so I assume it will take that long for everyone. The initial communication and installation great now jump ahead 3 months and they are now sending me a credit card processing fee. Was just told today the cc fee was added after. Very poor business practice regarding the accounting aspect.
I appreciated how transparent and professional the whole team was. No upselling, no surprises—just quality work and great service. My Prius is good as new.
