Car broke down on the road after I bought a hybrid battery from them and error codes indicated only the battery was at fault. Promptly scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to get it taken care of under warranty. Appointment got cancelled the day of. Still not resolved and they actually wrote an email asking me to remove it myself prior to the new one arriving which would void the warranty terms.
