Top-tier service from start to finish. I was nervous about getting my battery replaced, but PriusKings made it painless. Their tech was polite, quick, and very knowledgeable. Prices were way better than the dealership, and my Prius has been running perfectly ever since. Highly recommend for anyone in Austin!
The tech replaced the hybrid battery in my 2015 Prius V while it sat in the parking lot at my job. He did his thing while I was working and completed everything inside of two hours!! My car now has some get-up-and-go in addition to adding about 20MPG to my fuel economy!! And the four dash lights all turned off which enabled my car to pass state inspection (OBD test) so I could register it!! The tech, Matt, was phenomenal and I actually never even saw him

So far so good. Prius Kings make it easy for me to replace my hybrid battery. The price they gave me includes tax and installation, so there was no hidden fees. I just drove to the mechanic, and took the mechanic less than an hour to replace the battery. Even though they have mobile installation option, I chose to drive to the mechanic. So far I have not experienced any problem. Reasonable price compare with others.
