Very bad. I can not recommend Dr. Pritt. He is a nice guy. He sits and chats with me for at least 30 minutes, but once I leave, the medical care is over. He doesn't call in prescriptions that we just talked about. When I stay on him, he will finally submit them, but getting further authorization to the pharmacy is another story. I have been trying to get the same medicine prescribed for years now. We talk about it every time. He does the same presentation that looks like a sales pitch every time. Hard to find a doc who takes the time to listen these days, he is the greatest!
I cannot say enough positive things about how this man treats his patients. He takes time to listen and carefully offers advice that favours your best interest. He is amazing! I am only concerned what I will do when he decides to retire. Love, love, love him!
My husband needed to go in for blood work and during the call he was told he had an open balance due of $400 and when the office sent the statement it was prepared may 6,2024 but the claim was from 2022! Then when he asked if they sent the claim to insurance they ignored him and responded by demanding he take care of his balance! How is it that he has been in there multiple times since 2022 and no one told him about this balance? I called and they asked me to request the new patient's package by email, fill it out, and send it back before making an appointment. I waited for more than 2 weeks and they never called me. I have been calling for a week and the office is always closed...I'm so disappointed with the way some doctors and their staff handle patients. We all deserve the same level of respect in person, by phone, with existing or new patients.
Dr. Pritt is the best doctor in Fort Myers he is the most caring understanding man I have ever met in my whole entire life he listen to all your medical problems and that’s not it he really gets to the bottom of what your issues are so that you feel better and you’re not sick anymore he is amazing

You are not just a patient but they make you feel like a family member. I see the PA Greg, he is so caring and honest with you. I have never had a long wait to see Dr Pritt or Greg.
