How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them.

I have been going here since Dr. Patel opened the office in Lindenhurst and I have always found her and her staff completely focused on the patient. Dr. Patel and Jodi are outstanding professionals and Doris is always a pleasure to deal with. Appointment times are always accurate. Additionally, the staff makes an extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered. The staff is very caring and goes out of their way to be of help. No one ever rushes you through your visit.
