Very unorganized, rude and unprofessional!!! As a new patient, I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to do paperwork. My appointment was at 9am. I sat in the waiting room until 10:15. Others who had 9am appointments (and later) had come and went. Not until I finally went up to the counter and asked what was going on was I finally called to the back a few minutes later. ‘I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an extremely disappointing experience. I arrived early at 10 am to complete paperwork for my infant son’s11 a.m. neurology appointment, yet waited nearly an hour while others were called first. The office was overcrowded and very hot, and multiple people were openly frustrated about the delays. When we were finally seen, the visit was very brief, and the doctor seemed dismissive of my concerns, repeatedly asking for videos of every symptom.
