Overall, this has been the BEST threading experience in my life, and I have been threading my eyebrows and face for years now. There are some places that have basically shred the skin off my face, left me with cuts, and or scars on my face afterwards. It is actually inhumane. My pain here has been the most minimal I have EVER experienced. My eyebrows are also hard to shape, but they were shaped correctly with great skill and knowledge about symmetry and face proportions. Good place for those who prefer threading instead of wax for eyebrows this is the place, you get great shaping and if you need it you can apply henna (optional) I will recommend to try it
