terrible service, would never buy from here ever again. I ordered floors, they were the right ones but they were all frayed and messed up, I asked for a refund or exchange and they said no, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bought some floors from them, they were in terrible condition but I couldn't tell because they were in boxes.. went to rerurn them and they tell me I did it to the boxes and that i must not have been careful enough.. If you can get your floors anywhere else I would recommend that. this place is terrible, unless you like wasting money.
RecommendedPritchett tilers were here today and laid my new kitchen backsplash. They did a wonderful job and left no mess at all. I would definitely hire them again.
