RecommendedEverything!!!! Physical Therapy is the best
Best place to rehab, not just Ahwatukee, but Arizona! I have been rehabbing my shoulder. I got cleared Tuesday by Dr. Lee to get into more weights/training rather than sticking with functional/mobility movements. It has been 3.5 months since surgery. I have progressed tremendously over the last three months! I appreciate Pritchette Physical Therapy going above an beyond to get me back to a competing level and playing basketball again here soon!
Had an incredible consultation with Seth Thomas this morning, can already feel the difference. This place is unlike any other training facility I have ever been to. He takes the time to analyze your body in motion to address concerns. My right shoulder sinks lower than my left. 🤔 He made sure my form was #1 in every single exercise. I’ve been going to Pritchette Physical Therapy for the last 6 weeks ( knee replacement ) I can’t say enough about the professionalism of every therapist, they all greet you with a smile, know you by name, very knowledgeable about your surgery. Very clean! Even tho I’m not usually smiling after 2 hours of PT...🤠
The facility is good for group workouts, not intimidating or too crowded, but I can only give the facility 3 stars based on how uncomfortable the temperature is inside. The AC needs to be on EVERY day!!! It’s way too warm inside to want to give it your all when working out. However, Adrienne Berman gets five stars from me. She is an amazing trainer, very encouraging, and she keeps you moving for a great workout.
