PUT DIFFERENT TIRES ON THAN WHAT WE ORDERED ‼️ we had an appointment, ordered tires prior to it. Came in they changed tires and we noticed it’s not what we ordered. We did not receive a phone call or any notification that the tires were NOT what the customer ordered! The employee said “they switched”!! My husband and another employee looked the tires up and the ones we ordered WERE available! Needless to say we wasted 2 hours to keep our old tires. Great service the mechanics did great on my vehicle only waited a couple of hours which is not bad I didn't have to wait overnight everything was just excellent
Blew a tire on way from Florida to N. Carolina. AAA put on spare and recommended Pritchetts. They were great. Had my size in stock, which is not a common one. Gave me choice of quality and price. No pressure. I was back on the road in 30 minutes.
Brake fluid leaking everywhere the day after having my brakes done. They also changed my tires and refused to give me back my old tires when I requested them back.
They put tires on my car to tight where it stripped the bolts and caused damage to wheel. I do not recommend them
