I was previously with Pritchett Eye Care at another location for years. They were outstanding in every way. Unfortunately not all locations are equal. I have left 1-2 voice messages and an email weeks ago. I have never received a response. After working in Customer Care for over 35 years myself, I can say that this disheartening. If you want to bring in/keep your client's, you've got to start with trust and exceptional Customer Service on your front line.
