Very thorough. Friendly, knowledgeable and not a long wait time. In and out with latest in eye care and fully informed. No surprises! Best eyecare out there.
Great service
We were not called to pick up childs glasses. When I called to inquire they had already been in for 3 weeks. When we asked for a cloth to clean glasses as children tend to get te dirty often, we were told they didn't have any until next week.
I have medicaid was told by office manager that medicaid covered the photos of my eyes. Then, when I went back for a different appointment, I was told I had to pay $45 for the photos of my eyes that medicaid did not cover it. So they gave me misinformation, and I am not going to be paying that bill. I am going to dispute it also rude at the front desk
Always kind and professional. They are great at dealing with nervous kids. They are compassionate and understanding. They are organized and efficient.
