It didn't take long and the staff was very friendly
Very professional experience and I am very happy with the job that was done back at 2020 again.
Great place, at first. Got both a contact exam and an eyeglass exam. After I left with my trial pair of contacts, it's been nothing but muscle memory it feels like. Both contacts and new glasses are not correct prescriptions. When I called, they instructed me to drop them off. I asked, "How am I supposed to see?" It's been over 2 months, and I'm still wearing the same trial pair contacts and glasses are still the same. It's like do they really care about their patients eye care or are they just shuffling them through for $$.
Dr. McDonald was great. Best bedside manner ever. Took as long as we needed for my appointment. Never rushed. Very knowledgeable guy. I would recommend Dr. McDonald to my friends & family.
The staff was very patient with my 7yo, showed us nothing but respect throughout the entire visit.
