Laura Patterson is excellent and very nice! Always a good experience!
At first, I really liked this place, but now they have made it MANDATORY for everyone to get a retinol scan. This is NOT covered by my insurance. They will not see my son unless i pay extra for this scan, and it is unnecessary for an 11 year old with no history of eye disease to have. At this point im just really irritated.
Horrible experience all the way around. Said my daughter didn't have insurance but she did. Gave me the wrong prescription, they said they would re order it. Then got a message they were in and they weren't. Came back when they were actually in and was told they are just re mounting my frames on a new prescription which they never told me. Waited 30 minutes to just pick up glasses and staff are rude. Office times arw not correct on their website. Worst experience ever. Will not be going back.
I absolutely love Laura she is the best!!! Also went in to have my glasses fixed and the girl was so nice and beautiful. Thank you so much I really appreciate you all!!
