Words cant express how great it was to find Sarah! I knew from the moment her and I spoke that she needed to be our real estate agent. Sarah was very experienced, thoughtful and thorough every step of the way. She truly cares about her clients and wants to see us happy with the house hunting/buying process. Would highly recommend her to everyone!!
We had an outstanding experience working with our realtor, Kristin. She was kind, genuine, responsive, and incredibly hardworking throughout our search. Over several weeks, she spent a huge amount of time helping us find and visit properties. She truly cared about finding the right home for our family and went above and beyond every step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the home we found and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who is both professional, caring and genuinely invested in her client... read more

Since I live in New York and was searching for properties in Connecticut, she went above and beyond—visiting each listing in person, recording videos, and walking me through every detail as if I were there. Her diligence, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She is always quick to respond, even outside of typical working ... read more

My husband and I worked with Sarah Pritchard of the Pritchard Homes Team at William Raveis to purchase our new home and sell our old home. We could not have been happier with Sarah and her work on our behalf. Sarah is professional, timely and highly knowledgeable. She operates with a sense of urgency, and is an absolute pro when it comes to communications with other agents. We are thrilled with our new home (and we looked at quite a few!!), which Sarah helped us secure an accepted offer on the first day the listing was live.... read more
