Dr. Prita Bhardwaj is the most incompetent doctor I have ever come across. If you want to risk developing serious conditions under her negligence, with incorrectly written referrals, take your chances. She will then have the gall to backtrack and blame others instead of taking responsibility.
Dr Bhardwaj was great. She was in the office, available, and always prompt with requests. As a cancer patient with high needs this was greatly appreciated. In the past few months this office has become horrible. Calls and emails through their portal go unresponsive. No word, no nothing. Appointments are impossible to book within the month. Just received a bill for services rendered 2 years ago. Tried to call their billing team and was advised the charges stand because ‘my insurance company didn’t process them correctly.’ The statute of limitations in VA to bill a patient for services is 1 year by the way (for any other previous patients experiencing this issue, as based on other reviews it’s common).
