Ive been going here for about 1.5 years. I first went for an emergency visit w my son and liked them so I made an appointment. Everyone is friendly, there are heated message chairs you sit in w tvs mounted on the ceiling. Its easy to make an appointment. It is a clean and calming environment. I have had a lot of dental work done and I will stick w them. Also to note my son drives 5.5 hrs to come see them as well.
I highly recommend Dr. Mehta. Dr. Mehta and his assistant are talented, gentle and very kind. They came in early to help me during a dental emergency when my dentist was out of the country. His office is modern, brite, cheerful and immaculate. His dental chair gave me a gentle massage, his TV on the ceiling provided soft music and a tour of the Amalfi Coast while he worked on my tooth, and another screen allowed me to view my completed tooth. I cannot say enough about the service, courtesy and professionalism here. Samantha always greets me with a smile. She has gone above and beyond to help accommodate me on short notice. Dr. Mehta is kind, pleasant and gives special attention to what my concerns are and addresses them right away. The rest of the staff is great as well. I recommend them without any reservations!
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless and the atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The staff is so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Bharucha is wonderful. She is thorough, gentle, and takes the time to actually explain everything. They always get you in and out without any wait. Highly recommend.
I visited Pristine Smiles for the first time today, and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, Dr. Bharucha was extremely thorough, and the office itself is absolutely beautiful. Between the TVs on the wall and the heated massage chairs, the entire experience was beyond comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
