Ive been going here for about 1.5 years. I first went for an emergency visit w my son and liked them so I made an appointment. Everyone is friendly, there are heated message chairs you sit in w tvs mounted on the ceiling. Its easy to make an appointment. It is a clean and calming environment. I have had a lot of dental work done and I will stick w them. Also to note my son drives 5.5 hrs to come see them as well.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless and the atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The staff is so warm and welcoming, and Dr. Bharucha is wonderful. She is thorough, gentle, and takes the time to actually explain everything. They always get you in and out without any wait. Highly recommend.
Lovely office, very nice, friendly and professional receptionist. Dental assistant was easy to work with and very compassionate. The dentist herself was the nicest person I ever met. She covered everything and paid great attention to details. She was very aware of my trepidation regarding dental work, and took care to keep me relaxed and calm. Add massage chair, warm blankets, tv on the ceiling and hot washcloths, and you’ve got the best of all worlds!
Pristine Smiles is absolutely incredible! Samantha is so welcoming and wonderful! Dr. Mehta did a fantastic job bonding my teeth! And I just came in for a broken tooth and they got me in immediately. I am so impressed with the professionalism and enjoyable atmosphere this dentist office brings. I could not recommend them more!!
I visited Pristine Smiles for the first time today, and it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, Dr. Bharucha was extremely thorough, and the office itself is absolutely beautiful. Between the TVs on the wall and the heated massage chairs, the entire experience was beyond comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
