Would give Pristine Screens 0 stars if possible. Have received nothing from them except continual run-around as to why and when product will be delivered. It's been several months and still nothing received to date. Strongly suggest you find a different source for your promotional item needs. Company refuses to deliver product nor will refund money.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered lens cloths several months ago and still have not received any product. I have been promised that my order would be given priority but my items still have not been shipped out. I had ordered these cloths as a promotion for my 10th year of being in business, but at this rate my lens cloths will not arrive until my 11th year. I have asked for a refund twice but have only been given empty promises of “prioritizing” my order.

I ordered branded lens cloths for my company in November of 2023. It is February of 2024 and I still haven't received the product that I paid for. I have received minimal communication from the company at best. When I asked where the lens cloths were I received nothing but excuses for the delay. I just want my money back at this point.
