I am planning on having Pristine Roofing repair the roof on my house because I had heard about the excellent work they did on a housing apartment complex in Tulare where I live. I drove by the apartments and the roofs looked great! Chris is the one who responded quickly when I called , and came to my house within a couple of days. Chris from Pristine Roofing came to do an initial estimate on my roofing repairs. He was friendly and professional. He walked around the entire house and took pictures and then went on the roof to do his inspection. He is going to provide us with an estimate with pictures in the next couple of business days. He explained to me what he was seeing and let me knew I had different options available to fix my roof. He made me feel comfortable and that I was working with an experienced person and company in roof repair.
In the end all the work was completed and done well. Each of the crew members were thorough in their work. There were some missteps and issues that virtually doubled the time needed to complete the work. But…as I stated….the work was completed and done well.
