Staff at Pristine Roofing were very friendly, fast, and accommodating. I needed an emergency appointment for an inspection on a roof and they scheduled me right away. Jeff, was the roof expert who came out to inspect the roof and was also very friendly and informative. He took his time to tell me about what's going on with the roof and explained how to detect possible leakage. Jeff was also quick to provide a detailed report about the inspection. Pristine Roofing did a very professional job repairing a roof leak on my house and pressure washing the roof and solar panels. Jeff was great on the estimate and provided details with photos of the various places on the roof in need of repair. I would use them again for sure.
Jeff came by the same day and gave me an estimate the same day also. Explained the different roof options. Quick response from my initial call to sending the estimate. More when the work commences and to completion.
Chris showed up at the time agreed upon. He inspected our roof for damage from a car anccident and took pictures. Chris sat with me and went over each picture. I feel very confident in his knowledge of roofing. He was very sympathetic and reassured me that the work needed would be minimal. He has a very calming demeanor and made me feel at ease. Thank you
