It was such a pleasure meeting Chris for our roofing quote. He did a fantastic job providing a thorough explanation of his process for assessing our home, he took the time to answer our questions and educate us further about our home. Chris was professional, punctual, and very communicative. We appreciated that he was able to not only assess the work we need immediately done, but was able to provide some additional recommendations that will prolong the life of our roof. This has to be one of the best companies out there! Provided great info about the work they do and even had samples of the material. The communication they have with you is extremely great! They kept me well informed of what they were going to do and of what they were doing. There was a small bump in the road that we ran into, but they were quick to inform me and fix the issue. Overall, great company!
After researching and contacting multi roofing companies we settled on Pristine mostly due to its reasonable bid and its friendliness/professionalism on the phone and in person. They completed the job on the days they had told us, and it's beautiful work. They cleaned up spotlessly after each of the two days of work. A big shout-out to Brendan as manager and Felix and his crew. We couldn't be happier.
