If you are planning a vacation in Mexico Beach I wiuld advise staying any where except club mexico beach condo It was by far the worst place i have ever stayed I have been going to Mexico Beach foe more than 35 years and have never been disapointed till now The pictures were fake and deceptive, dirty, stinky and everything falling apart I sat down on the rickety bed and it sounded like a giant role of buble wrap and every movement in it was the same Garbage disposal came on for a brief second then stopped working The floors ... read more
I remember when it was brand new. The hurricane destroyed alot of this property. The maintenance staff do their best trying to keep it viable, but beware. Our rental was a patch job, and other guests agreed. Patio chair with vice grips? Lots of issues, some units better than others, guess it depends on the owner. Pretty sure this unit was rehabbed by owner or his kids. BUT great location and amenities.
Great experience all around. The customer service was great and was very accommodating of our needs.
One star not by choice, but in order to write a review I have to press one star. This place actually deserves zero stars. From the moment you talk to them on the phone to when you speak to the owner about your issue: zero accountability , zero help, zero shits given. This company is a scam and once they have your money, they do nothing to help you: you’re on your own. After being home for about a month, I finally just got a response when it came to the issue we had with our house. There was no smoke detector or carbon monoxide in one bedroom, which is illegal. I had emailed the company while we were staying there for two weeks to let them know the issues with the house. No word, nothing. The fan on the second floor started to smoke and the alarms all went off. My mother-in-law called us as we were waiting for our reservation for dinner (which we missed by the way!)
