I received an $802 invoice for ($120 service, $260 pool equipment and $350 on chemicals), I never received a phone call about the pool equipment and when I asked them about the charge they said all new customers need this equipment and they no longer call people to ask because they dont answer there phones (owners response). Pristine Pools are great - very thorough cleaning to keep the pool sparkling, so It's always ready for when it gets hot up here - highly recommended.
Unfortunately the experience interacting with pristine pools wasn't great, overall they lacked communcation and after a week of no information on what they did when they came out I had to ring them multiple times to find out, but yet they called me the morning after the bill was due chasing up their money when I still haven't had any report sent to me.
