They helped us realize that our overall problem stemmed from a worn out liner. They put us in touch with someone to replace it. And with that accomplished, they kept our pool crystal-clear for the entire season. We have dealt with several other companies and individuals over the past years but Pristine have been the only ones who actually worked with us and listened to the issues and found solutions.
I wouldn’t want this person working on anything of mine or in my area as they are reckless, careless, and inconsiderate of others as demonstrated by their aggressive driving this morning. Not a company I’d invite into my home or neighborhood .
These are nothing but scammers. I have Home Choice Warranty and every time they came to my house they send technicians who have no clue and go lie abut facts, STAY AWAY from this company
Never showed up to the appointment. Had to reschedule multiple times. When the guy showed up he was unclean. NOT pristine.
Would highly recommend Jeff and Brandon at Pristine pools. Family owned business that the owners are pleasant, knowledgeable and great to work with. They do what's right for the customer. Reliable and want to help whenever they can and not just looking to gouge you on price. The communications and response are exceptional
