I am extremely disappointed with the communication at this office. After receiving two appointment reminders leading up my daughter’s appointment, I pulled my daughter out of school and drove all the way here this morning, only to be told upon arrival that my daughter’s provider, Ireti Jones, wasn't even in the building. While I understand that schedules change, the office clearly had the opportunity to check their patient list and call me before I made the trip. Amazing facility. Very clean,nice,and neat. But please call office directly to make an appointment. Whoever works at the call center does not have an understanding of their job.
I have had my Women’s Annual screenings with Pristine since 2018. They have consistently provided me with respectful service despite going to different locations. When I have children, I’ll definitely look to Ashely to be my OBGYN throughout that process.
I had an great experience at Pristine OBGYN with Dr. Ireti Jones. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and efficient—there was absolutely no wait time, which is so rare and appreciated! Dr. Jones has an incredibly warm and professional bedside manner. She made me feel completely at ease, took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. ever since I started going to Pristina, there have always been problems, especially with the front desk, there are 3 of them, but when you need to call someone on the phone, no one answers, and when you get them, you need some service, they just want to get rid of you and say they will call you later, and it never happens. The last time I went was on April 29th for my daughter's appointment for blood work her pediatrician Mary was not there and was replaced by a doc Anna I think that's her name, it was a terrible experience ... read more
