I would totally give no stars if I could. I made an appointment for my kids 2 weeks ago. I called and verified that my children’s insurance with ChampVA would be accepted and they said yes. I don’t have my daughter’s insurance card, but she is also insured with them. They said if I don’t have the card, I’ll have to use cash pay.
