I’m really at wits end with this office. OB doctors I’ve been seeing take care of me but the turn over and different amount of doctors says a lot for the company. My daughter’s been going here since she was born in 2020 and it’s just been in a free fall since. What specifically made me leave this comment today is the fact that I’ve been calling for weeks multiple times and have not received 1 call back. Heads up, everyone, this is the same listing as PRISTINE OB-GYN CARE - Houston. Their reviews were getting so bad that they made a new Google search for themselves to cover it up. DO NOT GO HERE! Please go to the other listing and look at the reviews there.
They suck at scheduling appointments, I was on the phone with a slow one trying to schedule 4 of my kids and she only scheduled one, we was on the phone for 40 minutes! I loved the doctor my kids saw but the assistants are horrible and rude. The second time I called about the first one about NOT scheduling my kids appointments, i couldn't hear her well so I asked her to call me back, she NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
