Wonderful service, great communication
I had a terrible experience with Pristine Painters and would never recommend them. Jose is an awful communicator, completely unreliable, careless, and refuses to take accountability for his mistakes. Today, (8/21/25) him and his workers were supposed to come back and paint our living room, after I spent hours moving items off of furniture, clearing space, and taking pictures off the walls. Instead, I find out he’s not coming because he “didn’t receive payment.” That’s it? You just don’t show up without telling the customer?H... read more
Jose and his team went above and beyond to help me quickly for the opening of my museum. He was very professional and guided me in all the right directions for a picture perfect finish.
Jose was a great communicator and we found him to be fairly priced. Jose's team showed up on time each day and left our apartment in pristine condition after the work was done. We couldn't be happier with their work and would highly recommend them to any of our family or friends.
Jose and team did a great job. 5 stars!
