I absolutely use to love this facility and its faculty unfortunately not any longer. When I found pristine obgyn cypress i was pregnant withmy son in 2022 they were such a blessing the staff was kind and compassionate. I had a well-woman checkup here on Friday, and the whole experience was disappointing. First, no one asked me for a urine sample, even though my OB later asked about it during the visit. After I was swabbed, I sat in the lobby for about 15 minutes waiting for my ride, and I noticed none of the nurses went back into the room to collect my swabs. If I could give the experience my daughter received zero stars I would have. My daughter had a terrible experience with the doctor that never introduced herself so we don't even know her name....My daughter was humiliated during her visit and made to feel like she was lying about her non-existent sexual behavior because she's in College. I had to be called into the exam room to calm my daughter down since it was here first time and she was distraught that the doctor didn't believe her.
