I have no idea why this office has such bad reviews—I had a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. I booked my appointment through the Memorial Hermann Hospital website and chose this location for its convenience to my home. Scheduling was easy, and the availability was very reasonable for a new patient. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. If you love your kids and your time do not trust this Facility Pediatric doctors or nurses to care and look over them for you. I had a very unprofessional experience on 7/11 when it comes to my child. The doctor Daniel Jackson was very unprofessional and rude and didn't care or have any regards to the child well-being she went off her emotions than focusing on child needs. I did try to speak with the manager Zubaidat agboola she didn't do a good Chain of command protocol either no empathy or no resolutions at all. I could go... read more
I have been seen at the cypress and willowbrook locations since 2013 and I love Dr O! She is kind and compassionate and takes time with you and listens to your concerns. I would follow her to any location to the end of time. She’s truly one of the best docs I’ve ever been to.
I was approved for a surgery by Dr. Ashraf at the Spring location. She went on leave shortly after, before I was able to have my surgery. I had my pre-op appointment scheduled with her but had to reschedule it with Dr. Aqel. Speaking with the scheduler, I asked if Dr. Aqel would honor this as my pre-op appointment rather than an initial consultation since I had already seen Dr. Ashraf for that.
