Wish I could give them an even lower rating... We manage a VRBO but live out of state - having a dependable cleaner is essential for our business. Not this group. They charged us several hundred dollars for a deep clean, which we’re not sure if it really happened. Then, with the first two guests that stayed while we were using their service, they forgot to provide toilet paper, dish soap and all the welcome products they promised - not once, BUT TWICE!! We decided to rely on this company to have our rented flat sanitized and brought into clean condition. The workers succeeded to do the cleaning effectively and our landlady refunded our deposit. We are very thankful to them for the professional work.
