I have been very happy with my experience with Pristine Maids. Monique has been very responsive to my needs and requests, and worked with me to find a day and time, and employee that worked best for me. Carol is extremely hard working, reliable and honest. We have had a great experience with Pristine Maids! There is a single maid that is assigned to your house which makes it easy to make a relationship with the maid. They have been willing to focus on any part of the house that is requested under the 3 hr cleaning service. Also, they make sure to work around you and your schedule. Thanks to them I have been able to enjoy my weekends with my three kids and husband instead of focusing on cleaning the house!

I recently hired Pristine Maids for a one-time cleaning. From start to finish this company has been absolutely wonderful. I called and spoke to Monique to schedule my service and she was very professional and helpful in helping me select the best package for my home and needs. Pristine Maids is a trustworthy, dedicated and professional business. We own two vacation condos and Pristine Maids cleans both of them and they do an outstanding job. Pristine Maids LLC promised the same girl every time but instead a new one who had to be shown over and over what to do. I was not satisfied with their work.

I recently hired Pristine Maids for a move out cleaning. They sent two maids that arrived on time and in well presentable uniforms. The girls worked thoroughly for 5 hours straight. Their attention to details was simply amazing.I read some of the reviews and decided to use my own better judgement ( Glad I did ) We will be hiring them for our new home here in Niceville on a bi-weekly basis. We have used Pristine Maids for seven months and are quite happy with their service. Sure, not all cleaning professionals are equal, but 80% of their staff is great; a solid percentage in my book. Additionally, the one time we had a small concern they gave us a free cleaning the following week! We consider that more than fair and appreciated their customer service.
Pristine Maids did an excellent job of cleaning every inch of my home. We were impressed with their effort and attention to every detail. They took the time to make sure the floors and counter tops were spotless. The staff arrived when scheduled and showed no signs of being off-task.
