Mark did a fantastic job of explaining the inspection and possible improvements/ solutions to things that cropped up. Very thorough. Our inspection was scheduled in a tight window fairly last minute and he accommodated us graciously. This is my first home and out of all the hoops to jump through in the closing process I’m glad Pristine made the inspection portion simple. I’d recommend this company to anyone without a hint of hesitation.
