As an actual former client of this company, I’m not surprised that they had their caregivers write reviews. Nor am I surprised that they take down the negative reviews. They literally hired people with no experience, had another caretaker “train” them for an hour in our home, then left us to deal with that person. The caregivers I have met at Pristine have been so wonderful. They are compassionate and it is obvious that the care they provide is so much more than just a job. When you go into the office, they treat you like family, not like a business. They get to really know you, your needs and are always available, I never have to talk to a recording or a call service when I call in but a person who knows the case. I love Pristine and I would recommend them over and over again!
