From our first phone call to schedule an estimate, to the final day of installation their entire team proved to be well-trained, knowledgeable and excellent communicators. Anthony with Pristine came out and redid our attic duct system. It was old and falling apart. The work was done, was well organized and well explained. Jose our tech was very professional. Now I hope the action we took helps fix my AC issue; time will tell. Fingers crossed. Update - A/C is now working as expected. Thanks for helping me resolve this issue. Two other companies weren't thorough enough to diagnose this problem.
