Pristine Dental Solutions really needs to work on their front desk service. The older lady at the front desk is very unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy. When she calls, she doesn’t even greet you properly — no “hello,” no introduction — she just blurts out your name, which comes across as rude and unprofessional. I really appreciate this practice! I was nervous going back to the dentist after a decade knowing I needed root canals and fillings. Everyone at the practice was very nice. The dentist, hygienists and assistants will answer any questions you have, make a plan with you and make sure you are comfortable. They are honest and have a relaxing atmosphere. One procedure down and I will be back!

I went in earlier today and I have to say the assistant Jennifer and Gam treated me so well I am so happy with my smile they did an amazing job on my teeth and had one of the best customer services I get treated bad everywhere bc of my personality but they knew how to keep a great conversation. Keep up the great work!
