I have been waiting since my scheduled appointment at 10:00 a.m. It is now 10:15 a.m., and the building is still closed. No one has informed us about what is going on, even though there are patients waiting outside without any updates. Overall, the experience has been frustrating because of the lack of communication and the delay.
All staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. They did an awesome job fixing my teeth.
Dr. Judge, Arpanbir and his assistant Joanne/Joan were so kind, gentle, and really listened to my concerns. They made me feel comfortable, safe and welcomed. I had my tooth extracted and I did not feel any pain or discomfort and it was smooth and quick! I’ve always had bad experiences with all my previous dentist and this is the first time in my life that I felt at ease! I found my new dental place! Thank you Pristine Dental Group!
