I’ve been going to this office since 2018 and I was disappointed to learn through my recent dental bill that the dentists at this location are no longer PPO with Delta Dental insurance. They are only Delta Dental Premier dentists now as of last year. This causes more out of pocket charges placed onto the patient. I have never had a problem with the office in the past. Every time I come in for my appointment everyone is so kind and inviting. The environment is always very clean.
Absolutely screwed me with my insurance. Told me one thing about paying out of pocket, then still sent in a claim which then screwed the rest of my cleanings for the rest of the year. Front desk worker, Karen was very rude over the phone. Would not recommend. Ive also had to have all of my fillings re-done due to them not doing them correctly the first time if I could give zero stars I would.
