Pristine Clean is an awesome cleaning service. I am so happy I went with them. Karrie is very professional when she met with me for a consult and she always sends me a reminder for cleaning day. Claudia my assigned cleaner does a great job! My house is clean and I love the extra touches with things like toilette paper and towel folding. It just makes it feel special. I highly recommend this service.
I scheduled an in-home estimate and received an email the following day saying that they were canceling it because they don't service my area. Website says within 30 minutes of Hanover, which I am and also says that it does indeed service parts of Carroll County, also where I am. So I can't tell you how they do, just that it was frustrating for me to be declined in spite of what their website states. That gives the feeling of arbitrary enforcement of their policies, so I'm probably better off anyway.
Love this company!! My husband and I are both busy, self-employed people, and Pristine Clean saves the day during those times when our house gets away from us. Highly recommend!
