I’ve been using Pristine Carpet Cleaning for 10 years. Ames is the owner and he runs the best company! Customer service, on time or updates you constantly if they are running late, my carpets were so bad this time and it looks like I have new carpets. Yesterday he also cleaned the tile in bathroom and kitchen it looks so good! He also has a cleaning business and his team I’ve been using them for 10 years also. They are excellent and I’m very very picky. I wouldn’t use anyone else! Thanks Ames!
I want to be clear about my feedback to you and your company. 1. Despite your assurances, you did not take care of me. Really at all. The stain remains, decreased yes but still visible. You never showed up on day expected, and no communication. And your tech managed to upset a number of neighbors - all in about 15 minutes. 2. Your tech arrived yesterday and behaved disrespectfully towards neighbors with yelling and cursing. He will claim he “didn’t start it”. Ames took our light beige sofa, which in some places was showing very grey and black patches of dirt (especially along the piping and the cushion where our cat likes to sleep), and make it look virtually new. He was prompt, courteous and honest. He guaranteed us an 80% improvement but it's near 100%. Scheduling was a breeze and the price was fair. I highly recommend.
Great service. Great communication. Very satisfied with work. My carpets look brand new and I granted my full deposit. Will definitely use again and recommend for anyone who has dirty carpets and pets.
5+ Stars!! Excellent company. Very professional and friendly. We have 2 little ones and a dog, and they made our carpets spotless and our tile looks brand new! Amazing team.
